Money & Banking
This week in Weserville we applied for checking accounts. Now we are all members of the Bank of Nettie and are successfully depositing and withdrawing money from our accounts. I think this is a great thing to learn, because it is actually what we will be doing in the real world in the future. I'm really glad we are learning this now so that we will be fully educated and know how to do it when we get older. YAYYYYYYY MONEYYYYYYY!!!

I really do enjoy doing this activity as well! It is really an informative and fun way of learning how to write checks and keeping close tabs on our bank accounts, which we will need to do in the future. I am really glad this is such a hands on kind of activity instead of just looking at notes and lecturing. This way is much more helpful and fun!
ReplyDeleteI enjoy doing it too, and I agree that it is really important, especially to learn how to do it now, when we're old enough to realize the value of money and before we go off to college and so we know how to use our bank accounts to save up for things and be able to pay for other items.
ReplyDeleteI also enjoy this activity. I like how we have to balance our budget, and personally I love the opportunity to get food every class!
